To process your booking, manage attendance, and contact you about the course. Our lawful basis is taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you, and your consent.

How long we keep it

We retain booking records for as long as needed to deliver the course and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then securely delete them.

Who we share it with

Our hosting and infrastructure providers acting as data processors. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@dcl-als.com. Where UK/EU data protection law applies, you may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
